The Scallywags have been very moved by the "Eat or Heat?'- question that a lot of families are challenged with in this cost of living crisis. And they came up with a lot of ideas, which I helped them to phrase and put in the shape and form of this proposal. May it find open eyes and ears and help support families in need.
